🇨🇦 Shipping (Canada)

All orders are processed and shipped from Grand Prairie, Alberta within 2–5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $22 CAD
  • Free local pickup available in Grande Prairie — select “Pick Up” at check out

Please ensure your shipping/delivery address is correct. Grande North Crystals is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address entry or postal service issues. Lost packages must be delt with through the post office . We will help you as much as we can .

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $30 CAD/li

Each order is packed with intention, care, and protection to ensure your crystals arrive safe and sound. We use eco-conscious materials whenever possible.

Damaged Packages 📦 

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at grandenorthcrystals@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

All sales are final. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. Due to the nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges .
